Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Secure the Product
Carefully repackage your MOVA Globe in its original internal foam and box to prevent damage to the delicate internal mechanisms during transit.
- 3.Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once received, our technicians will inspect the globe's rotation and finish, then process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
